Non-ESD bins
Cost-effective PP corrugated bins for tools, hardware, mechanical parts and consumables.
A Non-ESD bin is a storage and material handling container without electrostatic discharge protection.
These bins are made from standard plastics such as polypropylene or polyethene, which can generate and hold static electricity. Because they don’t need conductive or dissipative additives, they cost less than ESD-safe bins.
They are a strong, practical choice for anything that isn’t static-sensitive: tools, hardware, mechanical parts and consumables.
Key features
- No static protectionThey do not protect sensitive electronic components from electrostatic charges.
- General-purpose useFor tools, hardware, mechanical parts, consumables or any non-electronic items.
- Cost-effectiveLess expensive than ESD-safe bins, since they don’t need conductive or dissipative additives.
- Widely usedIn warehouses, workshops, manufacturing plants and retail for everyday storage and handling.
Where Non-ESD bins are used
